This Refund Policy applies to all StoreAI subscription plans and any additional services purchased through our platform.

2. Monthly Plan Refunds

Monthly subscription plans are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal

• The store must not have processed any customer transactions during the period

• Account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

• Only the most recent billing cycle is eligible for refund

• Include your account email, plan name, and reason for refund

• Our team will review and process within 3-5 business days

Refund Amount: Full amount paid for the current billing cycle

3. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscription plans have a more generous refund window given the longer commitment:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the annual subscription purchase

• The store must not have generated any revenue through the platform

• Account must not have violated our Terms of Service

• The store setup must not have been fully completed by our team (if free setup was provided)

Partial Refunds for Annual Plans:

• After 30 days but before 90 days: 50% refund of remaining months

• After 90 days: No refund available

• Include your account details and business reason for cancellation

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Special Promotional Offers: The ₹14 starter offer and any other limited-time promotional pricing

• Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or onboarding fees paid separately

• Custom Development: Custom theme development or feature development work

• Domain Registration: Domain name registration or transfer fees

• Third-Party Services: Fees paid to payment gateways, SSL providers, or other third parties

• Add-on Services: Any additional services purchased separately from the subscription

• After Terms Violation: Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

• After Data Download: If you have downloaded your complete store data

5. Refund Process and Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, here's what to expect:

Processing Timeline:

• Step 1: Submit refund request via email (Day 0)

• Step 2: Our team reviews your request (1-2 business days)

• Step 3: Refund approved or additional information requested (Day 2-3)

• Step 4: Refund initiated to original payment method (Day 3-5)

• Step 5: Funds appear in your account (5-10 business days depending on bank)

Refund Methods:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card (5-7 business days)

• UPI/NetBanking (Razorpay): 3-5 business days

• PayPal: 3-5 business days

• Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your StoreAI subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know about cancellations:

How to Cancel:

• Log in to your dashboard and go to Account Settings > Subscription

• Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts

• Alternatively, email support@storeai.com with your cancellation request

What Happens After Cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

• No further charges will be made after cancellation

• Your store will be moved to draft mode at the end of the billing period

• Your data will be available for download for 30 days after cancellation

• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

We strongly recommend downloading your store data before the 30-day period ends.

7. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Contact our support team at support@storeai.com

• Explain the issue and what resolution you're looking for

• Our team will respond within 24-48 hours

• We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days

Important Note on Chargebacks:

• Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension

• Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and reported to payment processors

• We maintain detailed transaction records to defend against fraudulent claims

8. Special Offers and Promotional Plans

Special promotional offers have specific refund terms that differ from standard plans:

• The ₹14 for 60 days promotional offer is strictly non-refundable

• After the 60-day period, standard pricing applies with standard refund policy

Other Promotional Offers:

• Flash sales and limited-time discounts are generally non-refundable

10. Free Setup Service and Refunds

StoreAI offers a free setup service for all new subscribers. This affects refund eligibility as follows:

Before Setup Begins:

• Full refund available within the standard refund window

• Cancel anytime before setup starts with no additional charges

After Setup is Completed:

• If setup has been fully completed by our team, partial refunds may be considered

• Setup service costs will be deducted from any eligible refund amount

• The standard deduction for completed setup is ₹999 or equivalent

Partial Setup:

• If setup was partially completed, refund will be prorated based on work completed

• You will receive a detailed breakdown of any deductions
